Never too old to learn.

We offer a range of traditional and practical self defence techinques for adults of all abilities.

At George Washington Primary School on a Wednesday evening from 7-8.30pm.

Adults are shown a mixture of hand-hand, traditional sword taking and more modern day weapons.

Students follow the Alliance Budo syllabus which incorporates a mixture of hand-hand and weapons techniques.  Students have the opportunity to grade 3 times a year in front of a selected Alliance grading panel on approved Alliance courses.

Class fees are priced at £2.50 per session.

Membership fees are £15 per year which includes membership and insurance from the CMAA and the Alliance Budo Association.  This will entitle you to a CMAA licence and grading book, a Tenshin syllabus, glossary and welcome pack.
